RT-PCR Master Mix, 100 reactions with Oligo(dT)18

RT master mix is a master mix containing RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, reaction buffer , oligo(dT)18 and a stablizer. The M-MLV revers transcriptase is in a separate vial. kit is used for first strand cDNA synthesis from RNA. All of the key components are premixed at a optimal concentration. You just simply add your target RNA, M-MLV transcriptase and water to start your reaction.
