Thaw the above components at RT to dissolve precipitated solids. 2. Votex gently to ensure the solution is homogeneous. 3. Add the following into the tubes: 2.5ul of 20x Reducing agent 10ul of 5 x loading buffer protein samples H2O to 50ul 4. Incubate samples at 95-100C for 5 minutes. 5. Spin for a few seconds in a microfuge.
