Reprogramming Lentivirus Set: OKSM (Oct3/4, Kif4, Sox2, Myc) Human, 4 vials

Pre-made Lentiviral particle for 4 human stem cell factors (Oct3/4, SOX2, c-Myc, Klf4), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A Blasticidin-RFP fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter. (Note: individual pre-made lentiviral particle for each stem factor is under different Cat#). It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.

Particles are provided in DMEM with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml polybrene.
