High performance master mixes for real-time PCR, for 100 reactions. The convenient Master mix format with fluorecent dye and ROX dye includes Hot start PCR enzyme. Stable formulation 2x qPCR master mixes are complete reagents for performing quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). 2x qPCR are supplied as complete 2x master mixes. Simply dilute the master mix and add gene specific primers and template for reaction setup. This format minimizes pipetting, thus saving time and eliminating opportunities for contamination. The 1X MgCl2 concentration is 5 mM.

ROX dye included. ROX dye is used as an internal passive reference to normalize non-PCR related background fluorescence emission that can negatively affect qPCR results. qPCR devices from various equipment manufacturers can take advantage of ROX, it is required for all ABI PRISM devices.
