Endotoxin Removal Mini Kit

Endotoxin removal kit for miniprep DNA, 10x 0.5ml. Protocol 1. Add 500ul of plasmid DNA sample into the Endofree tube containing 500 μL of Endotoxin removalBuffer;2. Mix by inverting the tube several times and incubate on ice for about 3-5 minutes until the solution is clear without turbidity;3. Mix well again by inverting the tube a few times;4. Incubate the tube at 37 ?C water bath for 5-7 minutes and the solution shall be turbid or separated;5. Spin at 12,000-14,000 rpm in a microcentrifuge at room temperature for 3 minutes;6. Gently transfer the upper clear layer solution to another 1.5-mL or 2-mL microcentrifuge tube;7. Precipitate plasmid DNA with 0.1 volume of 3 M NaAc (pH5.4) and 2 volume of 100% ethanol.
