Cell Adhesion Assays
Intergrins are a group of cell surface proteins, consisting of a alpha- and beta- subunut. It intereacts with extracellular matrix proteins and trigs confirmation change of intergrin and a cascade of intracellular signal transduction. Interaction with ECM proteins plays a very important role in cell adhesion, cell-cell interaction, signal transduction and tumorigencity. BioPioneer's Cell Adhesion Assay kits utilize colorimetric detection format and provide a convienent way to evaluate cell adhesion to extracellular matrix proteins including Collagen I, Collagen IV, Lamini, Fibrinectin. Each kit containes a 96-well microtiter plate precoated with ECM proteins and BSA control.
