Mild Stripping Solution, 500ml. This stipping solution is designed to remove anitibody that binds to antigen mildly.20ml of stripping buffer is recommended for each time. Membrane can be stripped for 2x 30min. at room temperature for 7-8 times with this solution.

Harsh Western Blot Stripping Solution, 500ml. This stripping buffer is designed to remove the antibody that binds to antigen tightly. 20ml solution is recommended for each time. Incubate the membrane in the soltion for 5 min. at RT. Membrane can be stripped for 4-5 times.
